I have used many ATS and this one is easy to use and also easy to navigate. I also like that I can add many users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire? The downside of using Trakstar is that it's not easy to pull reports - I personally struggled a little bit trying to use the filters to obtain information on our usage. It is solving a problem of having a centralized system where we can post a role, gather applicant information, schedule interviews, get feedback and make offers. It's benefiting me so I don't need to go into many different systems to do this. Especially with interview scheduling - I used to use Google to schedule it,now I do it directly through Trackstar. Before Trakstar Hire I had a pile of resumes on my desk, or a folder in my email, but it was impossible to keep organized.
