  ### 1. Trak It is the best for Permitting

**What do you like best about TrakitWorks?**

Trak It holds a massive amount of permits from at least 12 years of history.  I like the accessibility of Trak It and how nicely arranged the specific permits are laid out on the platform. It makes researching and looking up various permits very easy to do. The reporting is nicely laid out and I do not have to do much re-formatting to it.

**What do you dislike about TrakitWorks?**

It does take some time to learn to navigate through the system, but once you get your bearings straight in the system, it is very user-friendly.

**What problems is TrakitWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we are having no problems in Trak It.  We did transition from Trak It to Energov in February 2022.
