Your client opens the quote on their phone and signs it without creating an account; the date, time and IP address of the signature are recorded. Unsigned quotes are followed up automatically, and a deposit can be requested at signature, payable by bank transfer. Compliant invoicing Sequential numbering, all mandatory legal mentions, invoices locked once issued, and corrections made through full or partial credit notes. Every invoice embeds a Factur-X file (EN 16931), one of the structured formats accepted under France's e-invoicing reform. Clients and enquiries Client records with contact details, notes, tags and revenue to date. A chatbot for the caterer's own website turns visitor enquiries into leads, with the full conversation attached. Staff (Pro plan) Records for employees and temporary staff, up to 15 people. Assign staff to events: Traitrix blocks assigning someone already booked that day. Staff see their shifts and clock their hours on a mobile portal, with no app to install, and you get the gross staff cost per event. Stock, recipes and suppliers (Pro plan) Link ingredients to dishes and get the shopping list for upcoming events, low-stock alerts, and purchase orders grouped by supplier and sent by email.
