Traitfit is an enterprise-grade psychometric assessment platform, built by psychologists, for every industry, role and department. We help organisations make confident, data-backed people decisions, tailored to who they are and where they're headed. Our solutions are hyper-customised, built to fit the unique needs of any organisation, from aviation, IT, and healthcare to manufacturing, BFSI, retail, education and beyond. Talent and behavioural science reach across every sector, and so do we. Every assessment is designed and built in-house by our team of psychologists, then rigorously validated for scientific reliability. We measure Personality Fitness, Culture Fitness, and Skill Fitness with precision, decoding traits such as emotional intelligence, adaptability, leadership potential, integrity, communication style, cognitive ability and dozens of other characteristics that shape how people perform and grow. As industries evolve, so does our science. Our assessment library is continuously reviewed and upgraded by our in-house psychologists to stay aligned with the changing business landscape.
