Even though I create the content in Word and format with A / 1 / a / i type of structure with paragraphs indented and spacing adjusted properly, when I copy/paste into Trainual, added spacing in between lines occur, the paragraph indentations are lost, and it does not as good as it does in Word. I like the convenience of being able to load our curriculum quickly and make easy edits. This feature helps to organize and creates an ease of use for our organization, allowing us to work on other things instead of spending all of our time in the program. The initial setup also felt easy, as our team was able to work together to get all of our curriculum uploaded smoothly. Overall, I'm very likely to recommend Trainual, and I love it. I love being able to create individual pathways on Trainual. It really helps cater to what each staff member needs, which is great for our unique business set-up as a swim school. I can tailor individuality to each position and team member, ensuring major trainings include specifics from each role so everyone has the knowledge they need. The general layout of all the pathways is something I love, even though I would like more design options. The initial setup was fantastic. Our implementer was amazing and made the process seamless with weekly meetings, assigning specific tasks, and helping upload years' worth of documents into one program. She was thorough in answering all my questions and was always available throughout the week. As an operations manager on the verge of a major company transition phase, Trainual makes documenting and training on all our core processes super important, ensuring that we can continue to provide the same reputable service in new locations. I love the general layout of all the pathways, but I would like to be able to upload our brand design, vision, voice, and message.
