A lot of the features I wanted have been implemented since I started using Trainual! Often we require slightly more detailed reporting metrics for auditors than the reports that are available - and this means we need to employ some workarounds in order to get the required info. The lack of read-only API's is also something that could be considered for future development. We recently upgraded our subscription and added the premium courses **What do you dislike about Trainual?** The ability to add an expiration date to a premium course (ie: heat exposure we assigned for the months of July and August, but unable to set 8/31 as the expiration date). This results in manually adding specific training courses as use of the groups will not allow this training to end. The second challenge is the ability to delete the training that is auto assigned to me as the administrator assigning the training. **What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?** The auto assigned premium courses need to be manually removed from my profile by Trainual Support. If I had this ability - I wouldn't need to request this each month. Also, I think an offline mode is crucial in this day and age. My biggest day-to-day complaint is formatting - it's very hard to format things consistently, even when after configuring default styles. So If I need to show my team where to click on their software, I need to use either paint or Canva on a separate screen. Increased my time to write up new training materials by at least 20%.
