I really like that Trainual is easy to use and has a fun, interactive space. After surveying my team, they mentioned enjoying the interactive features like gifs and quizzes. They found these elements engaging and fun. It is a really useful tool for the team to be able to brush up on their knowledge about our systems and products, all in one central location. It is really quick and easy to create content for the team, and we can review the leaderboard to see which departments and which content is being reviewed the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Trainual? I'm generally struggling to get the kitchen on board with using Trainual. The bar and the front of house are not a problem, but the kitchen has been tough to engage. Another issue is that we're based in Spain. We initially set up the platform in English knowing it translates in the web browser, but it would be really nice if the app could also be available in Spanish. This way, our Spanish-speaking team members could easily use it on their phones rather than having to access it via a web browser or on a computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Allowing staff to answer simple questions without my help, freeing me to focus on my job. Having a central data base makes it much easier to keep all of our systems up to date. I like how it’s continuously improving, not only in the way our processes are stored through their learning system. What do you dislike about Trainual? Not really a dislike but I think two things to improve. I hope they can give us more options on how to make each SOPs creative by using more font styles and sizes not just limited to 5 templates. I am new to Trainual and it is an absolute life saver. Training has always been an issue for our office even though we use training binders, videos, hands-on, typed outlines, it was always a struggle for training staff to stay on track and have material ready for training. Trainual has everything in one place. I can add all my training videos, PDFs, bullet point lists, procedures and processes all in ONE place and I'm able to track each staff members progress. I can't wait to finish it. It is very user friendly. I watched the training video but it's so user friendly I'm able to figure out how to build my training processes easily. Sometimes I’m away from my desk and want to finish a training on my phone, but the sizing and layout don’t always adjust properly. I would love more ways to download and show info on the completion of training for certain users - we are in a very strict compliance field with DDS and are not able to show completion by subject in a clean way. I love how easy Trainual is to use, and I really love the flowchart feature—it's the best out there in my opinion. The private document management is really nice because it allows me to work on drafts for upcoming releases without doing everything the day of. I also keep my work private until I'm ready to release it to my team. It has gotten better in the last couple months. Also, I don't personally use the AI tool. I'm gonna be honest. I don't really know that much would change that for me. I love the interface and how intuitive it is to edit and create content. It is connected to our HRIS so user information is always current. The AI search is excellent, searching our large database of policies and procedures with ease. Implementation was a breeze, with Chris and Fatima by my side we were up and running in 4 weeks. I have not had great luck with the AI writing tools, there seems to be a very long processing time and I'd rather use a different LLM to achieve my writing goals at this time.
