TrainedBooks is self-serve AI bookkeeping cleanup software for US small businesses. Start with a free diagnostic at trainedbooks.com/diagnostic, no account or card required. TrainedBooks connects to QuickBooks Online with a read-only connection, imports Purchases and Deposits for analysis, and flags uncategorized, miscategorized, and duplicate transactions. From there you can run a one-time cleanup of up to 2 years of history where available (Cleanup Light $99, Cleanup Plus $199, Cleanup Max $249), and optionally keep books tidy going forward with monthly Keep-Clean plans (Starter $49/mo, Growth $79/mo, Multi $149/mo). TrainedBooks is software, not a CPA firm, tax preparer, or human bookkeeping service.
