"As Delegate Hugo's database manager, I deal with TrailBlazer on a daily basis"

What do you like best about Trail Blazer Campaign Manager?

The comprehensive nature of Trail Blazer to troubleshoot itself. For example, when importing data that may not be formatted properly for purposes such as mail merging or labeling, TrailBlazer will auto-change the data to the appropriate format (spacing, capitalization, etc). It also has a wide range of services under one roof, which, while we do not use the entire suite, is an extremely useful trait for those who do not want to get caught up between platforms for different services. I am absolutely a TrailBlazer fan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trail Blazer Campaign Manager?

There is really very little to dislike. Were I to nitpick, I might mention that their import tool only accepts CSV files? And even then, I understand the need for clearcut spreadsheets. Perhaps that their app is client-server and does not include a cache? Again, can completely understand their reasoning. The one thing I may ask for improvement would be a geotagging service? Being able to see things on a map using a Google API or something else, would be very convenient and seems like a logical next step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
