Low cost, relatively easy to use, and flexible for many different use cases. What do you dislike about Trafft? There are some areas where navigation doesn't exist between linked data. For example, I can't navigate to payments for an appointment, from the appointment, no can I navigate to the customer from the appointment. It provides a booking platform for our blood service which is fast, easy to use, quick and easy to implement, and through its API allows us to integrate with our partners using tools like Zapier and Make.com allowing us to automate our booking processes. It has a great email set-up with preset ones that are all customizable and the ability to create your own. The dashboard makes access to everything quick and easy. It handles recurring appointments. It's easy to set up and organize the services. They do coupons. Their support team has been great at helping me get oriented from my old booking app to theirs. As a single-employee online business, I find the employee and business set up a bit more than I need, for example: setting up office hours and employee time slots. Until they have iCal integration set up, I needed to set up a workaround through google calendar, which will do for now. I love the design of the platform -- easy to use, stable and pleasing design. Platform is robust and flexibility. Many Integrations Available Great customer support. Great tool, exceptional service! Trafft has been intuitive to use and implement. I love the look and feel of the program and how it integrates into my websites. All of my support emails have been responded to promptly and with care to provide as much help as possible. I can't wait to see how the company continues to grow and improve this tool. As a consultant, Trafft helped me save money by eliminating other booking platforms that did not have all the features I was looking for. With Trafft I can book one-time Zoom meetings (free and paid) and recurring Zoom meetings for retainer clients. What I love most about the platform is that it is white label. So I can create the experience I want for my prospects and brand the interface with my logo and brand colors. I also love that it integrates with Google Calendar to keep from double booking. Also, the feature to approve meeting requests is crucial if I can't make meetings last minute. And lastly, I love the analytics dashboard when you first log in, so you can see your KPIs right away and know how many appointments you booked, revenue, and occupancy rate. The only thing I don't like about Trafft is that for reoccurring meetings, I have to use another platform for invoicing month-to-month retainers.
