Ability to make changes and divide the tasks into various groups of users and teams. Clear and simple way of seeing what is being planned and scheduled, ability to email the schedules to users. **What do you dislike about Tradiecore?** Missing integration or possibility of integration with some accounting and billing software, sometimes issues with the taskbar and scheduler tab, missing options for customizing the names of groups. **What problems is Tradiecore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to manage our 4 offices and easier distribute the information about the premises. We also usually get in touch with the service team when requesting some adjustments. ### 2. The service is awesome, Mo and the staff go out of their way to make tweaks/changes that are useful, or explain why they can't. **What do you dislike about Tradiecore?** Sometimes it is slow moving/changing in the Scheduler tab. It would be good to be able to turn off certain features we don't use (like invoicing, etc.). It would also be good if we could customize some of the fields by changing the names (i.e. 'Customer' we would like to call 'Project Manager') **Recommendations to others considering Tradiecore:** Give it a try, it works great for what we use it for, scheduling. We haven't bothered with the invoicing/quotes/estimates. **What problems is Tradiecore solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to schedule for three offices out of one, and all affected project managers are able to see this. Crews are emailed daily their schedule and it works great for making sure projects get done ### 3. It is visibly clear to see all the information needed as well as, in our instance, having as many tabs for the different progression points of each job as we need. **What do you dislike about Tradiecore?** At the moment, the only issue i can think of that im finding with call of service is the new option to be able to delete notes. It is very helpful as well as a problem due to any user being able to delete any comment places on a job, even if not their own. I think that the delete option should only be available for users to delete their own comments. **What problems is Tradiecore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Due to the layout and as explained above, the easy access that call of service provides were able to book jobs in and out of our system easier then we have before and in retrospect has been able to decrease time spent on booking in and updating these jobs. ### 4. It also has the recurring job feature. So I don't have to schedule the same job every time. Besides, it is easy for our workers to use in their app **What do you dislike about Tradiecore?** the webpage speed is quite slow and need to wait for it to up load. The webpage in iPhone is really bad. I can easily drag the job without the notice. I suggest to set a confirm screen when to drag the job. **Recommendations to others considering Tradiecore:** I recommend to use this app if your company has many workers and busy schedules **What problems is Tradiecore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cleaning area.
