**What do you like best about TradeLink?**

If correctly used, TL cuts off follow-up emails. Totally recommended.

**What do you dislike about TradeLink?**

It is impossible to make changes afterwards - at least with my account-, more flexibility would be appreciated.

**What problems is TradeLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The communication to 3PL with the necessary docs to be shared. Makes the overview easier.

Waiting for the response from the customer, or confirmation. We usually confirm ourselves.
