**What do you like best about Red Technology?**

I like how Red Technology is deeply built for real B2B workflows, not just a basic B2C storefront retrofitted for business customers. It handles custom pricing, account tiers, net terms, purchase orders, and bulk ordering natively, so we don’t have to use workarounds or third-party add-ons. This reduces manual work and errors while speeding up the ordering process. Our B2B buyers can self-serve and are happier as a result, feeling more independent and satisfied. Also, Red Technology professionalizes our self-service portal.

**What do you dislike about Red Technology?**

I think integrations with third-party tools require more setup. It connects with our ERP and accounting software, but it’s not always a seamless, out-of-the-box sync. We sometimes need manual checks to make sure data like inventory levels or customer terms stay aligned. Also, the search and filtering functionality in the admin panel could be much stronger. When we’re looking up orders, customers, or specific products, the filters are limited and sometimes slow. More saved filter presets and faster search would save us a lot of time daily. The bulk editing tools are not as flexible as we need. For a B2B catalog with custom pricing and large product lists, it can be tricky to update multiple items at once without running into issues. More intuitive bulk actions for pricing, categories, and customer accounts would be a huge improvement.

**What problems is Red Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Red Technology for B2B ecommerce and account management. It reduces manual work, lowers errors, speeds up ordering, and enhances customer independence and satisfaction. It handles custom pricing and bulk orders, syncing data with backend systems, and supports a professional self-service portal.

**What do you like best about Red Technology?**

I mainly use Red Technology for managing online work tasks like products, orders, and basic e-commerce activities. It helps save time and keeps everything in one place. The best thing I like about Red Technology is its ease of use and simple understanding. The interface is clean, and the basic features work smoothly, helping me manage work faster without much confusion. The initial setup was quite easy and straightforward, and it didn't take much time to get started. Red Technology does not feel complicated, and I can do my work easily without spending too much time learning it. I like how all my work runs smoothly without any confusion.

**What do you dislike about Red Technology?**

Sometimes I feel it's a bit slow and a few features could be improved. Customer support response can be better and some options are limited. Also, more updates and better performance would make Red Technology more useful. Better customer support and more frequent updates would make Red Technology more reliable. A simpler layout or better guidance for new users would be really helpful.

**What do you like best about Red Technology?**

Red Technology is a great, transparent and trustworthy company to be working with. From the initial sales contact to implementation team and after sales support team, everything is documented in details. TradeIt ecommerce platform meets all our requirements and improves efficiency of our sales ordering process and invoice payment process. All Red team members that we come across knows their products very well, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful and got the projects done well! We have been with Red for more than 9 years now and look forward to working with them for many more years to come.

**What do you dislike about Red Technology?**

They are not the cheapest but all the qualities that you get, their fees become justifiable.

**What problems is Red Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduce unnecessary errors of sales order processing when orders are taking manually, and avoid incur additional carriage charge for collecting wrong products being sent.
Orders placed out of office hours and orders are ready to be picked, packed and despatched by warehouse, shortened the process.
Improving cash flow and debts collection process by allowing customers to make invoice payment online out of office hours.

**What do you like best about Red Technology?**

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Red Technology and their eCommerce platform, Tradeit. It offers an impressive level of flexibility and functionality, making it easy to tailor the system to our bespoke business requirements. The in house page building tools are intuitive and powerful, allowing our team to manage and update the front end quickly without relying on developers for every change - a real advantage for maintaining creative control.

**What do you like best about Red Technology?**

The folks at Red Technology combine all the best aspects of an IT supplier: expertise, attention to details, sense of urgency, and positive attitude. They are a delight to work with, from starting our initial foray into eCommerce through helping us manage and launch multiple customer portals and web shops. Our rep, Justin, brings a wealth of experience to every interaction. Support reacts quickly, with detailed explanations of next steps. Our relationship with Red is one of the best of my professional career.

**What do you dislike about Red Technology?**

There is very little to dislike about Red. I am located in North America and they are headquartered in the UK, so some correspondence in my afternoon waits until the following morning to be reviewed, but this has seldom presented any meaningful issues.

**What problems is Red Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The TradeIt platform is a flexible way to go to market, both with our distributor partners and with the end users of our products. The platform offers integration with our ERP system, which makes giving our customer the information they need and taking orders very straightforward. We operate in multiple European and North American markets with very different customer expectations, but TradeIt works for all. By integrating a language translation service, we have made headway in approaching specific markets where we had limited success in the past. The user interface for administrators is very intuitive.

**What do you like best about Red Technology?**

We've been with Red Technology through four iterations of our transactional website. The second iteration involved the move to responsive which gives some idea of how long we've worked with them. Their knowledge of the ecommerce industry and how to take advantage of shifts and changes is second to none. We've never gone to them with a problem they couldn't solve for us. We've integrated into a number of other packages with them - the Red side is usually the best planned, best documented and best implemented. The tradeit platform is very easy to use and this means when we take new staff on the learning curve is shallow.

**What do you dislike about Red Technology?**

We had one short period of bouncing between account managers a decade ago. This has settled again, and to be honest we are affected by similar issues in many of our tech partners.

**What problems is Red Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Red look after our transactional website and a couple of information-only sites.

I have a designated support person (Justin) - always responsive and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and will always respond in good time. There is a personal touch at RED and you never feel like a problem. always happy to jump on a call if needed.

There really isn't anything to dislike, the support portal could be a bit more dynamic when adding images but I just email direct.

RED solve most problems we have - we have a custom platform with more than one site  and everyone has different demands so this is easy to manage with RED support

Lot of options for customization and wonderful touch of the user integration. And skins are free! No money asked.

Nothing here to dislike, when I consider using this application i had made a fine decision. But, responses from the customer team could have been better.

Company revenue was increased by very big margin after using this application. No need of taking assistance from other applications while tradeit is live.

It has consolidated multichannel abilities which gives you access to one master software which connects various channels.

Not only this but it is completely integrated with major supporting systems encompassing any 3rd party or any in-house solutions. These are the best things about this software.

It's more of a value added service so if you are already paying for an e-commerce platform then you may not want to choose to pay for another one. This it acts like a luxury.

There is no trial version. You have to pay anyhow to use its service.

The best feature about this is trade it is how user friendly the whole experience is , I just loved it.

There was nothing much to dislike just user interface refinement will be highly encouraging.

I have this habit of looking at mutliple sources while trading , after tradeit that just vanished.

I love the features about Red Technology. Man o man is this one of the greatest softwares I have ever used. It is wonderful because Red Technology is simple, painless, and cost at its least. Highly flexible and strong multichannel capabilities. 

**What do you dislike about Red Technology?**

I dislike very few aspects but what I do dislike is the customer service when I have an issue that needs to be resolved. Sometimes the software gets a little glitchy or that maybe because of my desktop PC.

**Recommendations to others considering Red Technology:**

I recommend to have an easier downloading feature. Also make it compatible for others to use. For example if I worked in an office with many people, It would be convenient if I could work together and share my designs, etc.
