
I like how Red Technology is deeply built for real B2B workflows, not just a basic B2C storefront retrofitted for business customers. It handles custom pricing, account tiers, net terms, purchase orders, and bulk ordering natively, so we don’t have to use workarounds or third-party add-ons. This reduces manual work and errors while speeding up the ordering process. Our B2B buyers can self-serve and are happier as a result, feeling more independent and satisfied. I think integrations with third-party tools require more setup. It connects with our ERP and accounting software, but it’s not always a seamless, out-of-the-box sync. We sometimes need manual checks to make sure data like inventory levels or customer terms stay aligned. Also, the search and filtering functionality in the admin panel could be much stronger. When we’re looking up orders, customers, or specific products, the filters are limited and sometimes slow. More saved filter presets and faster search would save us a lot of time daily. The bulk editing tools are not as flexible as we need. For a B2B catalog with custom pricing and large product lists, it can be tricky to update multiple items at once without running into issues.
