The creation of real world data environments representing actual companies provides a number of opportunities. For businesses there are two options currently available. 1) Candidate Evaluation - Assess the skills, capabilities, and experience of Data & Analytic candidates. The TradeCraft candidate evaluation assessment provides a deep dive into each candidates true abilities going beyond what is learned from resumes, interviews, and basic skills assessments. Access true measurements of success to inform hiring. 2) Data & Analytic Training - Provide analytic assets with the opportunity to build knowledge and experience. The TradeCraft platform empowers users to learn by doing within real data environments, using real analytic tools, and working through real analytic scenarios. Go beyond learning new syntax or new formulas to the degree of real world application. ## TradeCraft Reviews ### 1. Insightful and unique platform for assessing and growing Data Team skills **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Juan S. | CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2021 **What do you like best about TradeCraft?** The ability to analyze performance across candidates allows a better relative evaluation. This ability lets you make better hiring and skills development decision. I also appreciated the ability to buy bundles of access "tokens" that you can bank for future use. **What do you dislike about TradeCraft?** Overall the platform works as intended, but it could use an improvement in overall UI and UX. As an employer, additional enhancements like more comparative charting on candidate performance would be helpful. The platform has a good set of starting simulations, but growing into more diverse data sets would allow a broader set of employers to benefit. **What problems is TradeCraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform made it much easier to see the relative strengths across candidates. Ultimately the platform helped inform our hiring strategy and we made a decision to hire two candidates instead of just one.
