**What do you like best about Tracx TMS?**

What I like best about TRACX is its ability to provide real-time tracking and complete visibility into our assets and operations, which helps us stay on top of everything.

**What do you dislike about Tracx TMS?**

Initially, the platform can be somewhat complex to navigate, and it took some time for our team to become fully comfortable with all the features.

**What problems is Tracx TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TRACX is solving several critical problems for us, primarily by providing real-time asset tracking and improved visibility into our operations. This has helped us reduce theft, loss, and misplacement of assets, while also enhancing security. Additionally, the system streamlines our inventory management and maintenance scheduling, which increases efficiency and reduces downtime. Overall, TRACX is helping us operate more smoothly, save costs, and make better-informed decisions

 I love the fact that TracxTMS reps worked so closely with my team to make sure that the end result was exactly what we were looking for.

**What do you dislike about Tracx TMS?**

Learning curves can always be difficult in adopting new software but the Tracx team really stepped up when it came to training

**Recommendations to others considering Tracx TMS:**

Customizations and customer support were great. Pricing was very reasonable.i recommend it.

**What problems is Tracx TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 The entire process was very communication positive, we had very specific needs and each step was addressed and programmed exactly as we wanted it.
