Our Project Manager is respectful and committed to helping us achieve our goals. The technician who handled the installation was professional, well-prepared, and adaptive to our plant's situation. Our sales rep has been focused on ensuring we receive true value. I also find the dashboards increasingly useful; they let us display the statistics we need in the format we want. The dashboard's ability to consolidate machine information in one spot with an easy tool to set time periods is very powerful, especially for tracking running time and total cycles. Creating a page for machine cycle counts reduced friction in our process significantly. **What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?** Our implementation process was a little slow. The manufacturing processes we use have a complex cycle that took some experimentation to successfully capture and this process took a while. During this time I think our efforts lost a little bit of focus and a few more 'side-objectives' were pursued rather than trying to complete the main goals of the project first. The physical implementation on our production machines was more difficult, and required multiple visits by the TRACTIAN team to resolve all issues. **What problems is TRACTIAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** TRACTIAN provides the OEE implementation solution we needed across various machines, with customizable digital platform features. It seamlessly managed many different and complex conditions, which easily adapts to changing business needs. Beyond the tool, the support team has been fantastic; they have been very responsive and care about helping us to be successful. Their support has helped us keep our workflows simple and seamless. **What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?** As for Traction Complete, my only qualm is that, while the tool is powerful, it can be easy to get confused while setting up a canvas, especially for more complicated setups, and without assistance from the customer service team I could see myself lost. I do not use the tool frequently, but using it frequently and only helping clients with any changes in Traction Complete that needs to be done, I can see it being somewhat foreign or less intuitive for people that only get into the tool occasionally. **What problems is TRACTIAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Traction Complete has been key to helping us navigate our complicated routing challenges by ensuring enriched records go to the right owners instead of languishing in queuing.Overall, it has allowed us to streamline our lead management processes, as well as improve our confidence in our data quality and consistency. If a motor is having issues in one part of the plant , and then another on the other side of the plant I am able to basically troubleshoot both motors in one location. **What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?** There is a lot of statistics on there program that is hard to understand, but I have spoke with Tractian and they even offer a training course to help understand what a lot of the stats and graphs mean. **What problems is TRACTIAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tractian is allowing us to track any movement on a motor that is out of the ordinary. Its also able track temperature. Which helps if a motor is going to go bad. But the best thing that I’ve seen is that it keeps a range of stats that can tell us if there is cause for potential failure all together. With the right technical information, I was able to get valuable insights within a few weeks. Tractian is agile with platform and AI updates based on the feedback provided from the end user. **What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?** While agility with updates is a strength, communication about platform updates needs improved. This has been improving lately with features such as pop-ups upon login with updates. **What problems is TRACTIAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** The plant has limited resources for reliability which does not allow us to collect manual vibration data on critical assets without outsourcing. This is costly and quality can vary greatly depending on the technician and analysts available.
