For the more technically complex companies, TrackVia offers several routes to extend the platform to your other tools, whether through Workato, Microservices, or the Open API. Smaller companies or startups might be priced out; however, TrackVia is one of those tools that is a genuine investment in your business vs. an expense. We use it internally for project tracking, inventory tracking, HRM, and customer portal. Most impactful is sharing of information through out our departments. Integration between our Quickbooks online platform and recurring invoices. This software is a big help for every work industry. I like how organized and efficient TrackVIa is. You can track your time daily, and there is an option to write further description on what your tasks were for that given day. You can also choose to upload your task for that week, if you choose not to do it daily. Then your supervisor will have to approve your timesheet. I dislike that employees are given the option to make their own task code as well. This may sometimes lead to confusion and only one person should be delegated to this task to ensure accuracy across all borders and avoid any duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. TrackVia helps to solve missuse of company time because employees have to manually track in their hours to a certain code describing what they did for that day. I realized that this helps me to be more conscientious of my work and how fast or slow I am working on a task. This allows me to reflect on myself and to see if I am working efficiently. In a complex system like healthcare we have many needs for data support, clinical decision making, business intelligence. We collect a huge amount of data and our current electronic health records and financial systems but the sorting, viewing, and reporting features of these systems are limited. Trackvia allows us to import data from any source and develop our own views and dashboards that give us the information we need at any time. There are very few things to dislike about the program. In earlier versions, you were able to make subforms and this is a feature that I hope they bring back in future releases. We keep all the Emergency Department and Floor consults in a secure database that allows for easy retrieval and tracking of many aspects of their treatment status. We have a variety of custom research databases. We use it in the process of tracking all the steps for patients going to the operating room.
