I like how organized and efficient TrackVIa is. You can track your time daily, and there is an option to write further description on what your tasks were for that given day. You can also choose to upload your task for that week, if you choose not to do it daily. Then your supervisor will have to approve your timesheet. We collect a huge amount of data and our current electronic health records and financial systems but the sorting, viewing, and reporting features of these systems are limited. Trackvia allows us to import data from any source and develop our own views and dashboards that give us the information we need at any time.
