It helps us to monitor and gives us real time information about our certificates and host. **What do you dislike about TrackSSL?** TrackSSL is a good platform and works very flawlessly, it gives important alerts and information to out host, we can track or monitor limited numbers of hosts with every plan, i think as a customer i want to have that number slightly higher and other things is, it is completely based or worked on SAAS - Web-based model. We often find ourselves where we need a mobile application or any other alternatives to use the same services. **What problems is TrackSSL solving and how is that benefiting you?** TrackSSL helps us to track and monitor our organisations certifactes and host on a single place. We get important alert related to the certificates which we added to monitor on TrackSSL. Alert may include about the expiration of certificates or any other security concerns and etc. nice thing about TrackSSL is we can integrate it with other collaboration or project management tool so that we can have all the discussions on a centralised place, we have integrated it with Slack in our organisation and it worked really well for us to gives alerts and all. A few of them are Sematext Synthetics, Solarwindow etc. Cost wise also it costlier then others **What problems is TrackSSL solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides alerts every 5 min once the website is down.
