Trackr is job and field management software for process serving, repossession, and debt collection agencies, covering the workflow from enquiry through to invoice. Office staff assign and track jobs in real time; field agents log attempts, notes, and completion details from their phone, so nothing gets typed twice. Licence checks and nearest-agent assignment send the right person to each job automatically, with automatic job numbering and no per-job fees or job limits. Trackr also handles quoting, one-click job-to-invoice conversion, mileage calculation, and supplier cost tracking, synced two-way with Xero. Custom reports and AI-assisted note clean-up keep paperwork under control. Agencies running more than one office get centralised, single-login management, with isolated agency data, restricted support access, and NZ-hosted servers.
