Trackpilots is a free employee monitoring software built for remote, hybrid, and in-office teams. The free plan supports unlimited users with no credit card required. Key features include automatic screenshot capture (every 20 minutes free, every 1 minute on paid plans), stealth/invisible mode so monitoring runs silently in the background, real-time attendance tracking, app and website usage monitoring, and detailed productivity analytics showing active vs idle time. The dashboard gives managers a clear view of workforce activity with daily timelines, productivity scores, and per-employee timesheets — all generated automatically without manual input. Available on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Setup takes under 5 minutes — install the desktop agent, add your team, and monitoring begins immediately. Pricing: Free plan forever (unlimited users). Starter Pack at ₹399/user/month unlocks 1-minute screenshots, stealth mode, inactivity alerts, and 1-year data retention. Trusted by BPOs, IT services firms, law firms, staffing agencies, and remote-first companies looking for transparent, affordable workforce visibility.
