Also, although it generally updates in real-time, we’ve noticed occasional lags in syncing that can create short-term discrepancies in our reporting. A more robust audit trail would also be a valuable addition for tracking manual overrides or adjustments. Tracking commission for equipment sales, rentals,and also lease-backs. It is very useful. I mostly like the custom fields. I can add asset tags, serial numbers, and all details very easily. The recurring commission feature is also there, which is perfect for our long term leases. Reporting is also good, it is matching with our asset book values. There is no problem.
