I find TrackMyRisks to be a poor risk management platform that provides a limited range of tools and features for organizations to identify, assess, and handle risks. TrackMyRisks lacks some features and a user interface. More customization options would be beneficial. It would be better if customer support were more responsive than it does not. TrackMyRisks is unable to solve the problems associated with risk management and compliance. By lacking centralizing and automating these processes it consumes our time.
