What I like best about TrackMyPackage is that it is a convenient all in one option to use for tracking packages. We are constantly receiving packages for our businesses and it is an easy all in one option for tracking. I have not had to utilize customer support just yet. It is neat and easy to use with support for a wide range of couriers. Most importantly it advertises support for tracking parcels from China, a lot of tracking services I used in the past do not support this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upside of this tool is it's simple and easy interface which makes convenient for me to use or understand it and the other thing is it can be accessed in multi countries so I can track my package from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It will be good if more functionalities can be added in this tool like it's more in manual side so there should be some automatic functionalities too and sometimes it took too much time which is quite annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that this is a free and easy tool to use. You can simply copy/paste tracking numbers to see the status of your package. Very helpful for tracking international packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a way for the tool to automatically recognize the courier, but as it is you need to manually select the courrier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
