We are constantly receiving packages for our businesses and it is an easy all in one option for tracking. I have not had to utilize customer support just yet. This program is very easy to implement into our daily tracking. **What do you dislike about TrackMyPackage?** I haven't found anything that I dislike about TrackMyPackage just yet, we have recently started using it. Will update as time goes. **What problems is TrackMyPackage solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problems TrackMyPackage is solving for us and our business is to have an easy one and done option for tracking all of our packages. ### 2. Most importantly it advertises support for tracking parcels from China, a lot of tracking services I used in the past do not support this. **What do you dislike about TrackMyPackage?** As of writing, FedEx tracking is not available despite advertised. Perhaps it will be added back later. **What problems is TrackMyPackage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I previously have difficulty finding a courier that supports good tracking of parcels from Chinese couriers. TrackMyPackage supports this and as a bonus, offers translation service of the tracking status from Chinese to English. ### 5. My genuine review about TrackMyPackage **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2023 **What do you like best about TrackMyPackage?** The upside of this tool is it's simple and easy interface which makes convenient for me to use or understand it and the other thing is it can be accessed in multi countries so I can track my package from anywhere. **What do you dislike about TrackMyPackage?** It will be good if more functionalities can be added in this tool like it's more in manual side so there should be some automatic functionalities too and sometimes it took too much time which is quite annoying. **What problems is TrackMyPackage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I prefer online shoppings so it really help me to track my each package accurately just by copy pasting it's tracking number and I can easily see it's current status. ### 6. You can simply copy/paste tracking numbers to see the status of your package. Very helpful for tracking international packages. **What do you dislike about TrackMyPackage?** I wish there was a way for the tool to automatically recognize the courier, but as it is you need to manually select the courrier **What problems is TrackMyPackage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows me to track multiple international packages at once to see their status ### 7. I needed to track a UPS delivery, an UPS is not on the list. I'm sure it will be soon, I hope. **What problems is TrackMyPackage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to track a package delivered by UPS, but UPS was not on the courier list available. ### 9. I wanted to pointed it out because I love online shopping and I'm obsessed with tracking my order. Having some extra information is amazing for me. **What do you dislike about TrackMyPackage?** Maybe trying to add other onlines websites like Shopee that is more kwown in Latin America but it would be appreciated. **What problems is TrackMyPackage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping my anxiety to know where is my package every 5 minutes. ### 10.
