I super duper really like the integration from the nonconformals model that leads to the CAPA module and can get linked up to the audit module as well. This helps in generating actions and assessing risks for each module with unique traceable numbers. The setup was fantastic, and the technical team was very knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. We got lots of support and training, which made it quite easy for us to have a switchover. The trackability provided by linking CAPAs to non-conformances and audits is a key feature. It's definitely a 10 out of 10 for me, based on the support I've received and the functionality and ease of the EQMS itself. **What do you dislike about Trackmedium eQMS?** I would just appreciate the wording for 'read and understood' and approval of documentations. I think it shares the same approval wording. Each module — Document Control, Training, CAPA, NCR — sits independently, which makes phased adoption practical and daily navigation simple for quality and non-quality users alike. The flexibility to retain our own document numbering, revision conventions and process logic was a genuine differentiator. Most competitors required us to conform to their structure; Trackmedium adapted to ours. The system delivered what we needed in its standard configuration without customisations. **What do you dislike about Trackmedium eQMS?** The platform is still maturing in some areas, with new modules being added. Nothing that has caused operational difficulty, and the development team is receptive to feedback for improvements. **What problems is Trackmedium eQMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We replaced a long-standing Word/Excel-based QMS that had become an operational bottleneck. After evaluating over 30 platforms, we selected Trackmedium for its balance of usability and flexibility. Manual document administration has reduced considerably, audit trails are clearer, and we no longer have single-person dependency for quality operations.
