Tracklark connects to major international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, GLS, PostNord, and Royal Mail, and aggregates their tracking data into one consistent interface regardless of which carrier is used. For periods when carrier scans are delayed, such as during long-distance transit legs, weekends, or customs processing, the platform generates intelligent intermediate status updates to keep the tracking timeline active.
Integration follows a link-based model requiring no code changes, plugins, APIs, or webhook configuration. Merchants generate a tracking link template from the dashboard and replace their existing carrier tracking links in email or SMS notification templates. When a customer clicks, Tracklark ingests the shipment data, queries the relevant carrier, and displays a branded tracking page.
