We’re sorry to hear that TrackingTime felt complex for something as everyday as daily time entry and building simple timesheets. We completely understand how important it is for that workflow to be fast and intuitive.
That said, your experience is surprising to us, as many teams moving from Harvest and other tools choose TrackingTime specifically for its UX-friendly experience and, in particular, the flexibility of Timesheets. You can group entries, add or remove columns, adjust filters, and even filter/group by Custom Fields—which makes Timesheets adaptable to different workflows and reporting needs. You can also save Timesheet templates (including the selected columns, filters, and grouping) and share them with your team, so everyone can access the same configuration instantly without having to set it up every time.
On top of that, timesheets and reports can be exported in multiple formats (Excel, PDF, and CSV), shared via an online report, and even scheduled to be sent automatically at a chosen frequency—so you don’t have to generate them manually every time.
