It's not overly complicated like some of the ones I tried, and is easy to set up and use. There is also an auto tracking feature that you can start to track your time automatically without having to enter your time manually. At the end of each week, I can see how many hours I worked each day and on each project. Since I work from home a few days a week, and the office a few days, it it great that I have this tool no matter where I am working, and it keeps track of my hours no the cloud. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** Since I am using the free version, the time sheet only shows the total number of hours I've worked each day, with time blocks for each project I worked on, not the total number of hours for each project. So for example, if I worked on Project 1 for 2 hours, then Project 2 for 4 hours, then Project 1 for 2 more hours, it shows I worked 8 hours, but I have to manually figure out that I worked on Project 1 for 4 hours. Most are great especially if you are tracking for billing clients. TT has that ability but is also flexible enough for me to use as a teacher. My goal isn't to bill clients, but to stay in the moment more rather than task switching constantly. Also, to be able to visualize how much time I spend on tasks outside on my contracted day. I used a tracking software years ago (that doesn't exist anymore) to demonstrate to my boss how much time certain projects took. It is great for illustrating to higher ups the reality of the work day. It was super easy to learn and intuitive. I reached out to customer service support this week and they have been extremely helpful after my school blocked us from being able to use our school email to login. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I don't use it over the summer but there were definitely some details that could be improved especially for those of us using it in maybe non-typical ways, like for me as a teacher. That is a weird request for teachers since there are over 100 "accomplishments" each week and some tasks are never finished since we are teachers. Doesn’t have a bunch of annoying popups or upsells which is awesome, lots of functionality available even in the free version. Setup was pretty straightforward and simple but there are plenty of configuration options available if you need a more complex setup. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I wish I could select multiple tasks that would fall under a time entry because a lot of times I am working on a bunch of different things for a client and I don’t want to have to stop and start the time to track to a different project task. I wish I could track time across multiple tasks and then have the timer divide out the time equally across number of tasks (or better yet allow me to set a percentage of time allocated) - that way I only have to start my timer once but I can still keep track of what tasks I was doing and approximate the amount of time on each. This tool makes it easy to track how much each client needs to be charged and helps track how productive we are. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I use tracking time as apart of asana. If my asana task has not tracked the project before - it does not exist in tracking time yet. You can still add or start a new project from tracking time which is nice. It is not too inconvenient to go back to asana to start tracking from there. **What problems is TrackingTime PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was difficult to track how much time I spent on several projects in a day - TrackingTime has simplified the process of a time sheet and time spent on each project. ### 23. My biggest challenge with projects is completing multiple conflicting tasks in a timely manner. With TrackingTime, I can schedule my tasks in the calendar and feel confident I will have enough time to complete everything well. If urgent tasks pop up, I can quickly determine which tasks I need to delay to prioritize the urgent ones. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I want to be able to compare the scheduled time to the budgeted time remaining for each tasks. This comparison would help me determine if I have put enough time on the calendar to complete all project tasks. It would also help me determine how many hours I would be under or over budget. **What problems is TrackingTime PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** TrackingTime has helped me record and report my actual and budgeted time. It also reminds me when I forget to track time manually. This way I am never missing a moment. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I found that although it pulls in tasks from my calendar it doesn't update them if they are changed or deleted. So it doesn't always seem exactly accurate. However, this may just be my user error. **What problems is TrackingTime PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** This helps me see how much time I devote to different tasks at work. This way I can accurately track my professional development hours and hours spent on each project.
