I have used others before, which were not really easy to use from my pov, but this provides a better overall experience. I found it very flexible and faster than the others. Because I take breaks regularly, it has happened many times for me to forget to start tracking the time after pausing it before. And because of that, I started working without tracking the time and lost some billable minutes, even hours in a day. But fixed this with the feature of adding manual time, from a specific time to another one. I also like that you can add as many details as you want for each block of time you tracked. I saw that you can integrate it with many apps, which is great, and the ones that I am using in my work were also there :) Slack and Google Calendar. Also, didn't have any problems with the customer support experience and they helped me every time I got stuck in meeting my needs. It's not overly complicated like some of the ones I tried, and is easy to set up and use. I use it every day to track my time as I work on multiple projects and this way I know how many hours I've spent on each project. There is also an auto tracking feature that you can start to track your time automatically without having to enter your time manually. At the end of each week, I can see how many hours I worked each day and on each project. Since I work from home a few days a week, and the office a few days, it it great that I have this tool no matter where I am working, and it keeps track of my hours no the cloud. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** Since I am using the free version, the time sheet only shows the total number of hours I've worked each day, with time blocks for each project I worked on, not the total number of hours for each project. So for example, if I worked on Project 1 for 2 hours, then Project 2 for 4 hours, then Project 1 for 2 more hours, it shows I worked 8 hours, but I have to manually figure out that I worked on Project 1 for 4 hours. Most are great especially if you are tracking for billing clients. TT has that ability but is also flexible enough for me to use as a teacher. My goal isn't to bill clients, but to stay in the moment more rather than task switching constantly. Also, to be able to visualize how much time I spend on tasks outside on my contracted day. I used a tracking software years ago (that doesn't exist anymore) to demonstrate to my boss how much time certain projects took. It is great for illustrating to higher ups the reality of the work day. It was super easy to learn and intuitive. I reached out to customer service support this week and they have been extremely helpful after my school blocked us from being able to use our school email to login. **What do you dislike about TrackingTime PRO?** I don't use it over the summer but there were definitely some details that could be improved especially for those of us using it in maybe non-typical ways, like for me as a teacher. I know that I didn't think the report options were as robust as they could be, but no one else's was any better and some other products out there were worse. **What problems is TrackingTime PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Last year teachers had to report every week 5 things that we had "accomplished" for the week.
