**What do you like best about Tracking First?**

TF is a great tool to generate unique codes based off of a number of fields of your choice. It pairs well with other traffic tracking software to give insight into how a webpage is performing and where viewers are coming from. It also helps keep things tidy for compliance purposes.

**What do you dislike about Tracking First?**

The platform itself can be finicky. I often have to back up to Excel in case it does not save, and it's hard to go back and find a specific code. The site itself can be glitchy. However, TF is steadily working alongside its users to create a new and improved version that will be much smoother to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Tracking First:**

Be patient as improvements come. The software is fairly new and still working out the glitches. It has been very helpful in tracking traffic to webpages and keeping up with monitoring posts for both engagement, audience analyzing, and legal processes. Be sure to store the codes.

**What problems is Tracking First solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am now able to add on to URLs of my webpages to monitor traffic. This greatly helps in understanding my audience and their actions.
