We manage both remote and in-office employees, which enables us to effectively monitor their performance and track their productivity. One minor drawback is the notification system for background apps. While it’s useful to know when apps like Spotify are running, the frequent notifications can feel intrusive, especially during focused work sessions. The Trackabi app sometimes encounters bugs or errors, causing it to stop working, which affects the activity time until the issue is fixed. I hope it includes an offline mode to handle situations where there is an electrical or internet interruption, or other application errors. As a solopreneur, I need to keep accurate records of how I spend my time, both for billable and non-billable tasks, and Trackabi makes that easy and reliable. It’s helped me stay organized and ensures I never lose track of where my hours are going. I also appreciate the clear reporting features, which let me review how my time and effort are spread across different projects over days, weeks, or months. Beyond my own use, one of my clients in the trades has started using Trackabi to manage his teams at multiple job sites, and it’s been incredibly useful for helping him stay on top of what’s happening in the field.
