Trackabi focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises. Trackabi makes time tracking efficient and engaging thanks to its gamification approach. Users can earn achievements and karma points when they reach specific goals defined by a manager. Product Strengths: — Trackabi Desktop Timer for Windows, Linux, and macOS can automatically record time worked and prepare daily user activity statistics. It can detect idle time, capture screenshots, track browser URLs, and record applications used, differentiating between work and leisure apps. — The Trackabi mobile application can track time and record GPS routes. It also includes a leave schedule section, and a convenient Insights section to control other users' activity, view their screenshots and other data. — Gamification of time tracking: achievements and karma points for higher motivation and increased engagement. — Highly Customizable Timesheets: Timesheets can be edited like spreadsheets in Excel and offer many customization options (data to display, mandatory fields, additional custom fields, etc.). — Employee Leave Management Integrated with Timesheets: Personal day-off calendar for every employee and a common leave schedule with the request/approval process. Latest version doesn't work properly **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025 **What do you like best about Trackabi?** Trackabi used to be a very helpful and trustwothy tool for teams. Some of its best features are that users can't delete screenshots and the administrator can set a "tolerance inactivity time". **What do you dislike about Trackabi?** The latest version of the app has several issues, and it's has become very annoying and frustrating to use the app lately. The tracker stops automatically just because, the logs change after users pause the tracker (sometimes going back to 0, some other times getting up to 55 hours), and the desktop app takes forever to load some days. It shows "..." as if it were loading, but it stays like that for minutes, and nothing makes it work. The support team is not helpful either. It takes them a few days (sometimes weeks) to answer back, and their answers are incomplete (e.g. I ask about 2 issues, but they only refer to one/fix one, and after their first answer, they just close the request without answering further questions). Apart from that, there are some requests that are never answered at all. My team and I use the app every day, and these issues have been affecting our workflow and causing several issues between co-workers. I'm not happy with this situation and I'm considering to change to another time-tracking app. **What problems is Trackabi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It used to be a useful tool to track activity and check invoices, but right now it has become a headache for most of the team. ### 2. Also whenever I switch from Linux to Windows the time tracking get increased by or decreased by 9 - 12 hrs. **What problems is Trackabi solving and how is that benefiting you?** trackabi helps to calculate the total productive hours spent by the employee.
