Track My Mails is an email tracker for Gmail. Install the Chrome extension, send email as usual, and see ticks in your Gmail Sent folder: a grey tick when sent and blue double ticks when opened, with the open count beside it. Hover to see every open and its time, get real-time desktop and push notifications, and see a live "Active" badge while a recipient is reading. It also tracks link clicks, highlights emails that need a follow-up after 48 hours, scores leads as Hot, Warm or Cold from their activity, and includes a built-in AI assistant plus a web dashboard with full history and reports. There is a free plan, no "Sent with" watermark on any plan, and one plan covers every Gmail account in the browser. It never reads or stores email content or attachments. Built for sales teams, agencies, recruiters, freelancers and founders who work in Gmail.
