(1)5.0/5

Track My Keys uses printed QR tags and the phones your team already carries to track who has what, when it was taken, and when it comes back. Scan to check out, scan to return — every movement is timestamped and tied to the person, with a live audit trail, shift-handoff recording, and automatic overdue flags. GPS return-point verification available: set allowed return locations, and items can only be marked returned when the phone scanning them is genuinely nearby — proximity verification, not location tracking. Track My Keys does not track where items physically are; it tracks responsibility. No hardware to buy — print your own QR tags. Flat $27/month per business with the whole team included (no per-seat fees), 14-day free trial, no credit card. Works in 9 languages, on any phone. Used by property management, cleaning companies, maintenance crews, real estate agencies, schools, and any team that hands things out — keys, tools, uniforms, bikes, cameras.
