Traceway is the agentic system of record for organizational decisions. Companies keep a system of record for code, money, and customers — but not for the decisions that move all three. Traceway captures every important call from the conversation where it happened, governs it with the framework your team already uses (RACI, DACI, RAPID, or DACERIO — Traceway’s own model), and keeps a tamper-evident trail from the strategy above to the work below. Its AI agent, Trace, drafts, links, cites, and flags — but never decides. A draft stays a draft until a named person signs it; approvals are routed, recorded, and owned; history is insert-only and tamper-evident. When a review comes, the evidence is an export, not a reconstruction. Two families of features on one chain — Decision Intelligence and Strategy Alignment.
