**What do you like best about TraceMaster?**

I can relate to the idea of TraceMaster really well. The ability to track inventory and assets in real-time is definitely very useful for companies, regardless of their size. I also have hope that I'll be skilled enough to use the software once I have mastered it. It is easy to undertake the hurdles of the set-up and learning curve with it.

**What do you dislike about TraceMaster?**

In my opinion the software powering TraceMaster has a very steep learning curve and that fact explains to us how difficult it is to use this software. The interface looks messy and the interaction is not always smooth, and the instructional materials are scarce and inaccurate. The process of putting up the system, operating it, and making sure that it works properly was a time and energy- requiring work for our team, hence some technical knowledge was helpful.

**What problems is TraceMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has the great opportunity of achieving more effective way of asset registration and overall flow by using the TraceMaster. The data of real time location will be of a great importance so as to immediately spot where our gear is and make sure we have all of it properly accounted for.

Several options or capabilities to do the trace

**What do you dislike about TraceMaster?**

Since the controls are different from the normal mainframe keys, it needs sometime to get used to it

**What problems is TraceMaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing the trace to figure out issues in a code, to find out the flow of the program
