TraceFlow Chain is an offline-first lot traceability and food safety software (ISO 22000, HACCP) for food processors, agricultural cooperatives, exporters and manufacturers. It tracks every batch from raw-material reception to the delivered customer: receptions, production orders, quality control, GS1 packaging and SSCC labels, shipments, one-click upstream and downstream traceability, product recall and timed mock recalls. It also covers non-conformities, complaints, HACCP plans, the ISO 22000 management system, document control with electronic signature, staff training and HR files. A built-in AI assistant reads documents and fills records. Runs on Windows, macOS, Linux and Android, works without internet with optional cloud sync, in English, French, Portuguese and Arabic.
