It has two parts that share one data layer. The Field App runs fully offline on ordinary iOS and Android phones in 15 languages. Producers or field agents walk a plot boundary or drop a pin for small plots, take photos that carry time and location, attach land documents and declarations, and record consent on every record. Checks run on the phone before the user leaves the plot, so problems are fixed on the spot. A field agent can capture on behalf of a producer without a smartphone, and the record stays in the producer's name. The Dashboard is where organisations import their network by CSV, send requests for a targeted programme such as EUDR, and track readiness per plot. Screening runs on the evidence and only exceptions reach a person. Cascading requests ask each link in the chain only for what is missing. Lots stay linked to the plots behind them through aggregation and processing, with identity preservation and segregation supported. Organisations can assemble buyer-ready EUDR evidence packs and file Due Diligence Statements to the EU Information System from the Dashboard. Existing data can be imported as CSV, GeoJSON or KML, and authorised partners can use REST APIs. EUDR support is in open beta. Other programmes, such as Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, organic, CSDDD, carbon and Scope 3, are designed for and being co-built with partners on the same records, so collection does not restart. Onboarding is self-serve with no setup project and no minimum size. The Field App is free for smallholder producers for life. Organisations pay per tonne received, from 5 euros per tonne, with no seat fees. Coffee and cocoa are the first focus, with pilots running in Uganda, Cameroon, Nigeria and Colombia.
