It makes a complex issue quite fun to navigate, educate and report on. The team are fantastic and always available. **What do you dislike about Trace?** They made a small change in the early days around the timeline of the reporting which made the tool much more relevant and current but other than that nothing stands out. **What problems is Trace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trace bridged the gap between what companies an employees wanted but often found difficult to report on, and have an easy to use product that everyone can get up to speed with in real time.
