**What do you like best about TRAACS?**

I found working with TRAACS to be rewarding, especially as it helped us replace manual excel-based reporting with a centralized platform. I like how it automates airline-wise settlements and ADM/ACM processing, making the entire process more accurate. The leadership gained real-time visibility and it's been recognized for outstanding compliance by multiple airline principals. TRAACS significantly simplified the airline settlement and reporting process, dropping our reporting time by 80%. Its ability to centralize multi-airline settlements and reporting in one platform is something I really appreciate. The automation features and airline-specific compliance have made daily operations easier to manage. I also like that TRAACS can be integrated with GDS platforms, BSP systems, and accounting tools to streamline airline sales, settlements, and financial reporting. The initial setup was handled efficiently by the TRAACS team, making the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about TRAACS?**

I think adding more customizable dashboards and even more report templates would make it even better for specific airline reporting requirements.

TRAACS streamlined our airline settlement and reporting by automating processes, improving accuracy and compliance, and reducing reporting time by 80%.
