What do you like best about Traackr?

I love discovering and vetting potential partners using the Traacker platform. Being armed with engagement, reach, credibility and audience data is a huge advantage in negotiating partnerships. The increased visibility means we're reaching the right audience and helps us avoid any awkward discussions down the line. I also appreciate the efficiencies the platform has created for tracking analytics, relationship milestones, and content. The Traacker staff was phenomenal when it came to onboarding our account and providing guidance along the way. The platform is easy to use and we were able to ramp up quickly. What do you dislike about Traackr?

I'm eager to see the Shopify integration include offering more than one product for seeding to influencer partners on the backend. There are workarounds but it's more cumbersome than I'd like. The top feature for me is without any doubts the customizable dashboards, which makes it extremely easy for marketers and channel owners to get insights without the need of BI and data analysts support. This feature drastically reduces reaction time for decision-making and strategy adjustments based on performance, setting Traackr apart from other platforms. What do you dislike about Traackr?

I'd like a more proactive customer support, particularly tailored for clients with a regional presence and multiple accounts. Enhancing the tool's usage to its maximum potential is crucial, and a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) session could be instrumental in guiding clients on optimizing their use of the tool, ensuring they extract maximum value and strategic insights for each account. "Powerful tool for managing influencers"

What do you like best about Traackr?

Detailed, complex overview of the social media landscape. It makes it easy to find high quality influencers with high engagment rates, frequent posting, and weed out those who have a lot of bot accounts through their resonance feature. It offers a simplified, streamined view of who's worked with different brands under our company umbrella in the past. Great way to aggregate data for running campaings. tHe team is amazong and are always there when you need them to answer questions and tweak feature suggestions. I use it almost daily to help manage our PR gifting list of influencers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traackr?

Because it's pulling information from a third party, it is very slow. It makes it frustrating to use sometimes to wait for the app to load and recognize the influencer's name initially. After that it takes about a day or 2 to pull all the information necessary. The "brand safety" feature isn't as accurate as I'd like, since it doesn't offer a nuanced view of why certain posts were flagged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
