Tr3e is daily collection management for design-led fashion brands. Every style sits in one collection with its colours, sizes, materials and live cost, so the team knows the margin while the design can still change. Most brands of 5 to 50 people run their season in spreadsheets, tech packs and email threads. Prices change in one file and not in the next, purchase orders are typed again from the line plan, and the margin is only clear once the orders are placed. Tr3e puts that work in one place the whole team uses every day. Cost and margin: Tr3e adds up materials, components and manufacturing into a live unit cost for every variant, compared with the target price. Material prices come from their latest recorded order, so a new supplier price updates every style that uses it. The collection budget shows spend, projected revenue and profit. Line plan and Critical Path: the collection table shows every style with its tags, owner and prices. The Critical Path dates eight milestones back from the purchase order date, with an owner for each. Purchase orders: orders come straight from planned units, in the supplier's own currency, with statuses, a discussion on every order and a PDF to send. Sizes, barcodes and passports: Tr3e creates SKUs, GTINs and GS1 barcodes for every size and publishes Digital Product Passports from the same data, ready for the EU rules. Suppliers see only their own styles and orders. Tr3e also works inside Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, so teams can ask about the collection and make changes by chatting. A team sets it up in an afternoon. It costs 40 EUR per user per month, viewers and suppliers are free, and the first month is free.
