TPSClear solves a specific UK problem: calling a number on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) or Corporate TPS (CTPS) register without consent is a PECR breach, and since 5 February 2026 the ICO can fine up to £17.5 million or 4% of global turnover. Most teams either screen nothing or upload CSVs to a bureau and wait. TPSClear screens inside the CRM instead. The moment a phone number is added or changed on a HubSpot contact or company, or a Zoho CRM lead, contact or account, the verdict is written back to the record within seconds. Every number is re-screened 28 days after its last check, and a daily sweep catches anything imported or bulk-edited. Because the verdict lands on a normal CRM field, it works in list filters, workflow branches, sequence enrolment and reports like any other field. Real records carry more than one phone number, so each phone field gets its own result: a mobile can be clean while a direct line is TPS-listed. Your own do-not-call list sits alongside the registers. Every screen is logged with a timestamp, the number checked and the verdict, so the audit trail exists before anyone asks for it. For diallers, spreadsheets and other CRMs there is a REST API and a Zapier app. Plans start at £95 a month and cancel any time. Pay-as-you-go credit packs start at £9 for 1,000 checks.
