What do you like best about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

It changed the way I Manage My Online Events tickets & Its so simple to use. I also think the quick Verification App for Event Managers its simple and easy at making Payment through UPI.

I have some of the Ticketing Platforms and they are a pain. Difficult to Manage Your own Events, If any Changes, Contact Customer Care raise tickets, It take lot time, But its Not with Townscript.

It was a delight Experience to use this Portal to Publish Events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

No Dislikes, As Upto Now its all Good

What do you like best about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

Townscript allows the organizers to have full access to the way tickets are sold, and you are given a very simple interface to access and control the event page. Organizers shall also have a control for sending promotional e-mailers and SMS to the whole of the email database. Townscript can limit the frequency to be used for the same option to curb over usage of the same. The marketing team shall set a monthly calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

Nothing much, the system in itself is self-sufficient, the UI can be made better. Gets disturbed in a way because whenever i ask for payouts, there's a lumpsum deduction from my existing events which pools up to the asked amount and in turn the balances for the events get disturbed. Team, we seriously need to have a way out for this one and I'm sure the team will have a way out. Team has a solution for any kind of challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing but Slow! Great User Interface!"

What do you like best about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

User Interface, Uploading, Customer Support, Real time reports.

Best usage for me is that i don't have to take up queries every time, i just share the event link from townscript and my user can easily understand and purchase tickets directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Slow Promotion, Less than expectation selling, Less Tags available,

Sometimes it becomes very difficult to justify the exact tag of my event, as i mostly work on innovative and new events, i would suggest to provide more tags or at least provide a way to introduce a tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TS team is very supportive when it comes to running an event ad in the platform when i started working with the team they just ask my email and a few details after some time my event was live and started getting leads from the very first day

What do you like best about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

1. Simple user interface and ticketing flow.

2. Fast to load and process payment.

3. Ticketing partner to almost every Marathon so familiarity and trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Townhall (previously Townscript)?

1. There has to be an account feature for end users. I have bought 5 tickets from the site and yet Inhave to enter all my details every time.

2. If not an account then at least from the mobile number verification the site should show the previously booked tickets. I'm afraid someday I'll book two Marathons on the same date.

3. More information from organizers should be mandatory before going live with their tickets, like BIB collection dates and location (with Google maps link). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
