The tool is easily configurable and provide endless options for E-learning .Am very pleased with the way it offer content management space that's allow both the instructors and participants use course materials on the go. Provide user with customizable learning module when you can either add or remove information. Training modules are easyily stored both locally and in the cloud which is a huge benefit. Tovuti allows us to do everything we need to enable our Internal Resources, Partners, and Customers. It has an easy-to-use Admin interface and provides more functionality than other LMS systems at a very good price. We love that you can create Learning Journeys that allow the user to easily follow a path to certification. From a technical standpoint, the UI is very customizable, using Custom CSS to render pages as you need to. Their help center is also very robust and helps users do almost everything on their site. One of the only solutions with the ability to create breakout sessions virtually Reporting seems to be good. We were able to integrate into Okta for single sign-on easily. Overall this tool is very user friendly We have weekly calls with Tovuti to solve our problems and it has worked out well Grouping in the system allows you to get the right content to the right people and is easily set up We created teams where we can assign a team lead to monitor and assign courses to the users in their group and see what their team members have completed. Integrations do require some help from Tovuti. There are a few out-of-the-box integrations that you can do easily There are not many drag-and-drop functions that would help make the user experience better. We needed an LMS to train our Internal resources, Partners, and Customers on how to use our solution offerings all over the world. The problem we had to solve was getting this done securely. With the use of groups we were able to get this accomplished. We also needed to track what students had taken what classes. We are able to see this in the reporting that Tovuti supplies out of the box We needed to track and assign courses to resources and with the Teams function in Tovuti that took care of that problem. Tovuti has a lot of options and features available as one would find in many larger LMS but at a fraction of the cost.
