When I cannot find an answer to an issue, the Support Team is reliable. I use the Support Team usually 8-10 times per month. There have been many times I've sent in a Support Ticket, and the responses are as specific as I need them. I am most frustrated when I am trying to resolve a specific problem. I don't feel like the Help Center is terribly helpful because it is very generic. The Customer Service at times seems to be non-existant. There are things I requested two years ago that has still not been addressed, and some things that have been fixedx in the recent month or so were based on requests made two years ago.
