Toveta is an aftercare and defect management platform for residential developers looking to replace scattered emails and spreadsheets after handover. Homeowners report problems through a branded portal, with photos and floor-plan locations. They can follow progress, access home documents and exchange messages with the care team. Staff assess reports, set deadlines, assign internal teams or contractors and coordinate repair visits. Contractors submit completion evidence, while the developer decides whether to close the case or return it for further work. Records and conversations stay linked to each home across projects and changes of staff. Separate homeowner, staff and contractor views control access. Toveta runs in the browser, supports English and Lithuanian, and charges by active homes rather than seats.
