**What do you like best about TourSolver?**

TourSolver onboarding really helps to get results fast and that are usable.
The tech support is very responsive and will not count hours to help you get what you need.

**What do you dislike about TourSolver?**

Even though this is apparently in the roadmap, I feel that batch import or resources is a must-have.

**Recommendations to others considering TourSolver:**

I would recommend to start a free trial and get in touch with their team as soon as you are stuck (if you have issues).

**What problems is TourSolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saved about 15% in transportation costs and cut by half the time it takes to plan route and schedule for the field team of our client.
