TourOpp automates the communication between tour and activity operators and travelers through SMS. We bring more bookings, reviews, referrals to these businesses while also saving them on costs related to customer service. Having the experience in the daily operation of tours, TourOpp founders realized that tour and activity operators were spending too much time communicating with customers before their trip, instead of focusing on delivering a great experience during the trip. We decided to solve that challenge with technology and bring an automated messaging service that helps travel companies send instant messages via SMS to their customers with important information, suggestions, or requests. Our system also incorporates a smart chatbot so travelers can ask questions to the operator and get instant answers 24/7.
