TourBrain is an all-in-one CRM built for Indian travel agencies and tour operators. Capture enquiries from WhatsApp and the web, follow up on time, and turn leads into priced quotations with day-by-day itinerary PDFs, drafted with AI in minutes. Confirmed quotes become trips, vouchers and GST-correct invoices, with TCS on overseas packages handled automatically. A visa desk covers 80+ destinations with checklists and document collection, and agencies serving companies get a corporate travel desk with approvals and monthly GST billing. Plans start at ₹549 per user per month, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed.
